There aren't many destination restaurants inside Istanbul's hotels, but the new Tuus hopes to buck this trend. Created by local architect Mustafa Toner, it has a gentleman's club feel-all dark wood, leather seats, huge wine cellar and open-plan kitchen. The menu includes reworked Turkish favorites.
